Create a drop-down list
Once you’ve created your dropdown list, make sure it works as you want it to. For example, you might want to check if you’re changing the column width and row height to see all of your entries.
If the list of items for your drop-down list is on another worksheet and you want to prevent users from seeing it or making changes, consider hiding and protecting that worksheet. For more information about protecting a worksheet, see Lock cells to protect them.
