When enabled in Yahoo Mail, signatures automatically appear at the bottom of every email you send. There’s no default signature style, which means you can include anything from your phone number and a link to your website, to your company’s logo or your name and a few emojis.

To add a signature in the Yahoo Mail mobile app

1. Open the Yahoo Mail app.

2 . Tap your profile icon in the top left.

The circle above “Inbox” in the The top left corner of your screen is your profile icon.

3. Tap “Settings”.

4. Scroll down to the ” General” and click “Signature”.

5. Move the slider to the right of “Signature” so that it turns blue.

6. Tap the text box below your email address and enter your signature.

The text box may be populated with standard text such as “Sent from Yahoo Mail for iPhone “ preassigned. as shown here.

7. Tap the back arrow in the top left corner of your screen to save your signature.

How to add a signature on Yahoo Mail’s website

1. Go to Yahoo Mail and log in.

2. Click Settings.

3. A pop-up window will appear under Settings. Click “More Settings”.

“More Settings” is further down the pop-up window.

4. Click on “Mailboxes”.

5. Click on the desired account Add Add a signature for.

Under “Mailbox List” you will find one or more email accounts listed.

6. Next to Signature, move the slider so that it turns blue.

Once the slider turns blue, You have activated a signature for your emails.

7. Click on the text box under “Signature” that says “Write something…” and enter your signature.

You can also format text and hyperlinks, use emojis, and add an image when creating a signature in Yahoo Mail.

8. Click save.
